Saturday: $30 Cover at 4pm

Sunday & Monday: FREE

Tuesday:
- $20 cover begins at 12:00 PM in the pub
- Minors are welcome with no cover until 4:00 PM in the restaurant and upstairs
- Starting at 4:00 PM, the $20 cover applies to all entrances and is valid at both Kells locations

• 3-Day Pass (Friday, Saturday, Monday): $100 - Enjoy full access to all three locations for the entire festival. Including GA ticket for the Irish Boxing event Friday March 14th. Sunday is FREE.

All wristbands are valid for both Kells downtown and Kells on NW 21stAll events of 21, must have valid ID
All OLCC rules and laws regarding intoxication apply to each of our guests
Entrance and capacity limits will be determine and enforced based on Fire Marshall regulations.

Can I make a reservation?

To best serve ALL our guests, reservations will not be available, over the festival weekend (March 14th -March 17th) We do have plenty of space and invite you to join us, in the Waterfront Festival Tent OR, in either Kells location!

May I place a ‘To-Go’ order?

To best serve our guests, Kells’ will not be able to fulfill ‘To-Go’ orders, over the Festival weekend.

Are Minors welcome?

Yes, minors are welcome in compliance with all rules and regulations, in the following areas:

Fri. March 14th – Minors welcome in Kells Downtown, from: noon – 4:00 pm and in the restaurant from: 5-10:00 pm
‍
Sat. March 15th – ALL AGES Event!!!!! Minors and Celebrants of all ages are welcome in the Waterfront Festival Tent from: noon – 5:00 pm. $30 cover starts @: 5:00 (21+)
‍
Sun. March 16th – Minors are welcome in the restaurant, from: 9am - 10:00pm.

Monday March 17th - Minors are welcome in the restaurant starting at 11am

*Minors NOT allowed in Pub or tent, Sunday March 17th (Adult only areas – must be 21 years, to attend).

Is the cigar room open during the festival?

Yes, the cigar room is open, ALL HOURS. Must be: 21+, with valid ID

Will it be busy? Will there be lines?

While is difficult to predict wait times, there is plenty of room in the festival tent, with exciting activities for all!
